17 Family Members: Parents and 9 Children, Grandparents, Elder Son and Wife with 2 children.
Each living unit needs a kitchen and dining, living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry room with storage.
Seperate men’s and women’s gathering spaces and restrooms.
Central Courtyard and Communal Multipurpose spaces.
Other Amenities include: Exercise Room, Media Room, and Offices.
